Mr. John Webb is the President and Managing Broker of Matrix Group, Inc., a full service real estate brokerage firm. Mr. Webb and Mr. Leon Vahn co-founded Matrix Group in 1994 with the purpose of providing comprehensive, high-caliber real estate services and consulting. As President of Matrix Group, Inc., Mr. Webb oversees property management, leasing and maintenance personnel, acquisition/disposition of real estate investments and refinancing of properties.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Webb began his real estate career in 1986 by joining two Oklahoma City development companies — Robert J. Harris & Company and later a spin-off company, The Cannon Group. After three years as Vice President of The Cannon Group, Mr. Webb decided to move to Denver. In 1988, he took a “leasing” representative position with a local Denver developer, Reynolds Properties, which owned, leased or managed over 1.2 million square feet of office and industrial properties.
Shortly thereafter, Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company, a local real estate firm, specializing in the acquisition of distressed real estate, hired Mr. Webb. In June 1992, he was promoted to Director of Acquisitions/Investments. During the next 18 months he was directly involved in the acquisition of over ten properties, totaling over one million square feet and $25,000,000 in value.
In 1994, Mr. Webb started Matrix Group in order to pursue acquisitions and investments on his own. Mr. Webb currently owns a 10 to 25% equity interest in over 1,250,000 square feet of commercial real estate, currently valued over $80,000,000. To date, Mr. Webb has bought or sold over $150 million of investment properties representing approximately 3,000,000 SF.
Mr. Webb is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Associations of Realtors (DMCAR) and is an active volunteer at the Montessori School of Denver. Mr. Webb and his family live in Denver, Colorado. His personal interests are skiing, mountain biking, dirt bike riding, SCCA car racing, golf and spending time with his family.

Mr. Leon Vahn is the Secretary-Treasurer of Matrix Group, Inc.
Mr. Vahn has been in the real estate business since 1973. He has been a partner with John Webb in Matrix Group since 1994. Mr. Vahn has owed solely or in limited partnerships 455,000 square feet of office space, 155,000 square feet of retail space, 590,000 square feet of industrial space and 170,000 square feet of self-storage facilities. He is personally involved in the management of all these properties.
Mr. Vahn owns 50% of Matrix Group, Inc. with Mr. Webb. Matrix Group handles the leasing and management of over 1,250,000 square feet of commercial property.

Ms. Alli Stover is Vice President of Operations / Landlord Representative for Matrix Group, Inc.
Ms. Stover was born and raised in Illinois and is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, where she majored in Finance & Real Estate and minored in Architectural Studies.
Before joining the Matrix team, Ms. Stover was a CBRE Wheel Program Associate in Denver and upon completion of the program, she joined the Denver Healthcare Services group where she provided landlord and tenant representation services for healthcare clients.
During her free time, Alli enjoys volleyball, skiing, hiking, traveling and blogging. Alli is actively involved with the business school at Mizzou and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Natasha Zomcik - Assistant Asset Manager

Ms. Natasha Zomcik is the Assistant Asset Manager of Matrix Group, Inc. She joined Matrix Group in 2014 after 7 years in office administration. She grew up in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy.
Ms. Zomcik joined Environmental Planning Specialists, Inc. and worked as a staff scientist and administrative assistant where she gained experience conducting Environmental Site Assessments and Phase I & II. She later worked at the non-profit Mary Hall Freedom House as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Attracted to the beauty and active lifestyle Colorado provides, Ms. Zomcik moved to Denver in 2014. She enjoys spending time hiking, biking, and traveling. She also enjoys cooking for family and friends and going to art museums and live music.

Mr. Bob Parker is the Controller of Matrix Group. He is originally from Waltham, Ma.
Mr. Parker started his accounting career 30 years ago with Henry and Berlind Assoc., a Civil Engineering firm in Berlin, NH, where he managed the A/P, A/R and Payroll departments.
In 1989, he moved to Colorado with his family and began working for the Garment District, in Denver Co where he spent 27 years as Controller, managing all accounting and HR functions including A/P, A/R, Inventory Control, Payroll and tax compliance.
Bob loves music, both performing and listening and also enjoys traveling. Since moving to Colorado, he and his wife have become avid hikers, enjoying the beauty of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
Christine Geissbuhler - Office Manager

Ms. Christine Geissbuhler is the Office Manager of Matrix Group, Inc. She joined Matrix Group in 2014 after fourteen years in health services office administration and patient relations.
Ms. Geissbuhler grew up in Lakewood, CO and graduated from Colorado State University majoring in Mathematics with a minor in German. She joined the MITRE Corporation as a systems engineer and later worked at the FAA Technical Center near Atlantic City.
Ms. Geissbuhler returned to Colorado in 1987 as a systems engineer/analyst for CTA Inc. & U S West where she worked in areas such as user-system interface design and technical training associated with air traffic control, simulation and telecommunication systems.
Ms. Geissbuhler enjoys spending time with her husband of 24 years and their cat. She especially derives great pleasure from the arts (fine art and craft, music, theater, dance and cuisine) as well as nature, travel and a good comedy or adventure movie.

Born and raised in Colorado, Ms. Cohen has made her home here and knows Denver very well. She grew up in Littleton, Colorado and received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Advertising at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Ms. Cohen joins Matrix Group, Inc. with over 10 years of experience including residential and commercial Property Management. She has managed over 2,000 apartment units and 800,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
When not working, she loves to experience live music, unique dining and considers herself a wine enthusiast. Her biggest joy is her Great Dane and all of her “fur relatives”.

Ms. Henehan was born in Chicago and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She moved to Colorado in 2006 and has loved every minute of it.
Before joining the Matrix team, Ms. Henehan worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Larimer Associates and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, formally Frederick Ross.

Lisa Astrella is an Assistant Property Manager for Matrix Group, Inc. She joined Matrix Group in 2014 and has more than fifteen years combined experience in mortgage lending and real estate.
Ms. Astrella was raised in the greater Denver area and is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where she majored in Marketing Communications. After a career as an account manager in advertising and marketing, Ms. Astrella was hired by a market-leading savings and loan company where she embarked on a successful sales career. This experience ultimately paved the way for a transition into real estate.
Prior to joining Matrix Group, Ms. Astrella managed commercial real estate transactions for a private equity investment group located in Boulder, CO. She has handled property acquisitions ranging from medical office to multi-tenant residential and retail.
Away from the office, Ms. Astrella enjoys time with family and friends, as well as singing, songwriting and performing with an acoustic bluegrass band.

Mr. Chris Junda handles Acquisitions for Matrix Group, Inc. He has been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker for over 25 years and is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate including investment brokerage, leasing, management and construction.
Mr. Junda graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, He went on to work with Buell & Company in Denver where he served as managing partner for 15 years. During his career, Mr. Junda utilized his skills in representing numerous clients in a wide range of retail, industrial and office projects consisting of over 8 million square feet of commercial property. Mr. Junda was the top producing broker at Buell & Company three times during his tenure with the firm.
In 2004, Mr. Junda joined Matrix Group after developing a strong and successful business relationship with Mr. John Webb in working together on several projects. He concentrates on the acquisition of commercial properties for the firm’s portfolio.
A Colorado resident since 1971, Mr. Junda lives in Denver with his family and enjoys camping, hiking and mountain climbing.

Mr. Paul Cook is a Creative Consultant at Matrix Group, Inc. He has been associated with the company for eighteen years.
Mr. Cook graduated from the University of Florida with a Journalism Degree in Technical Writing and served in the U.S. Army until honorably discharged in 1971. While in Florida, his varied business career included retail buyer for a large department store chain and owner of his own business.
Mr. Cook moved from Florida and soon joined Matrix Group. He has had various administrative and management responsibilities including company controller.
Mr. Cook has lived in Colorado nearly 20 years. He spent three and a half years on Kauai before returning to Denver in the spring of 2011. Prior to joining MGI Mr. Birlingmair worked as a Territory Development Representative for the world’s largest orthopedic device supply company in Chicago’s Northshore.
