Mr. John Webb is the President and Managing Broker of Matrix Group, Inc., a full service real estate brokerage firm. Mr. Webb and Mr. Leon Vahn co-founded Matrix Group in 1994 with the purpose of providing comprehensive, high-caliber real estate services and consulting. As President of Matrix Group, Inc., Mr. Webb oversees property management, leasing and maintenance personnel, acquisition/disposition of real estate investments and refinancing of properties.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Webb began his real estate career in 1986 by joining two Oklahoma City development companies — Robert J. Harris & Company and later a spin-off company, The Cannon Group. After three years as Vice President of The Cannon Group, Mr. Webb decided to move to Denver. In 1988, he took a “leasing” representative position with a local Denver developer, Reynolds Properties, which owned, leased or managed over 1.2 million square feet of office and industrial properties. Shortly thereafter, Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company, a local real estate firm, specializing in the acquisition of distressed real estate, hired Mr. Webb. In June 1992, he was promoted to Director of Acquisitions/Investments. During the next 18 months he was directly involved in the acquisition of over ten properties, totaling over one million square feet and $25,000,000 in value.
In 1994, Mr. Webb started Matrix Group in order to pursue acquisitions and investments on his own. Mr. Webb currently owns a 10 to 25% equity interest in over 1,250,000 square feet of commercial real estate, currently valued over $80,000,000. To date, Mr. Webb has bought or sold over $150 million of investment properties representing approximately 3,000,000 SF.
Mr. Webb is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Associations of Realtors (DMCAR) and is an active volunteer at the Montessori School of Denver. Mr. Webb and his family live in Denver, Colorado. His personal interests are skiing, mountain biking, dirt bike riding, SCCA car racing, golf and spending time with his family.
Leon Vahn - Secretary-Treasurer

Mr. Leon Vahn is the Secretary-Treasurer of Matrix Group, Inc.
Mr. Vahn has been in the real estate business since 1973. He has been a partner with John Webb in Matrix Group since 1994. Mr. Vahn has owed solely or in limited partnerships 455,000 square feet of office space, 155,000 square feet of retail space, 590,000 square feet of industrial space and 170,000 square feet of self-storage facilities. He is personally involved in the management of all these properties.
Mr. Vahn owns fifty per cent of Matrix Group, Inc. with Mr. Webb. Matrix Group handles the leasing and management of over 1,250,000 square feet of commercial property.
Sherif Sakr - 1st Vice President

Mr. Sherif Sakr is First Vice President of Matrix Group, Inc.
Several years after meeting John Webb at their sons’ birthday parties, Mr. Sakr began his career in commercial real estate by joining Matrix Group in 2008. Initially focused on learning the industry through leasing, He has since changed his focus to finding new acquisitions for the Matrix portfolio and on developing investor relationships.
Originally born in Egypt, Mr. Sakr lived in Germany and Puerto Rico before settling in Cincinnati. After obtaining a chemical engineering degree at the University of Cincinnati, his interest in the bigger picture led him to pursue a Master’s degree in International Economics at the University of Denver. An interest in business led to a very short engineering career followed by a career in corporate sales, entrepreneurism, and mortgage banking. Mr. Sakr considers joining Matrix Group – and its unique combination of skills and personalities – as one of his most important and fruitful decisions.
When not at the Matrix office, you can find him pursuing entrepreneurial interests, teaching yoga, or spending time with his wife and two sons.
Adel Nassif - CFO

Mr. Adel Nassif is Chief Financial Officer of Matrix Group, Inc.
Born in Cairo, Egypt, Mr. Nassif began is career in hotel management in Paris, France and later Los Angeles, California. In 1982, he joined Pacifica Holding Company as CFO and Controller. He was responsible for day to day financial operations as well as financial reporting for the company. Responsibilities included cash management and income tax return filings for a portfolio consisting of 8 million square feet of commercial real estate, 100 properties, 150 business entities, 200 bank accounts, 1200 tenants and monthly cash flow distributions to 650 investors.
Pacifica became one of the great success stories in the history of Colorado commercial real estate. As CFO, Mr. Nassif was directly involved in pro-formas, budgets for due diligence in acquisitions, development, leasing, management and finally disposition of a $500 million portfolio in 1997.
Since 2002, Mr. Nassif has been servicing clients from his accounting company, Streamline Professional Services, LLC. He offices with Matrix Group and services all of their accounting and financial reporting.
Chris Junda - Acquisitions and Leasing

Mr. Chris Junda handles Acquisitions and Leasing for Matrix Group, Inc. He has been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker for over 25 years and is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate including investment brokerage, leasing, management and construction.
Mr. Junda graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, He went on to work with Buell & Company in Denver where he served as managing partner for 15 years. During his career, Mr. Junda utilized his skills in representing numerous clients in a wide range of retail, industrial and office projects consisting of over 8 million square feet of commercial property. Mr. Junda was the top producing broker at Buell & Company three times during his tenure with the firm.
In 2004, Mr. Junda joined Matrix Group after developing a strong and successful business relationship with Mr. John Webb in working together on several projects. He concentrates on the acquisition of commercial properties for the firm’s portfolio.
A Colorado resident since 1971, Mr. Junda lives in Denver with his family and enjoys camping, hiking and mountain climbing.
Brant E. Widener - Broker

Brant Widener has worked in commercial real estate for over 20 years. As a consistent top producer, Mr. Widener was featured for 3 consecutive years in the Denver Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” in the Denver real estate market, a designation given to the “Top 10” producing brokers.
Brant has successfully leased and managed private investor portfolios with over 11 million square feet and in over 52 retail, office and industrial properties. He has completed over 1,000 lease transactions for over 20 million square feet of space representing both landlord and tenant.
Brant has experience with all kinds of properties in Colorado, Arizona and Texas and he holds both Colorado and Texas real estate licenses.
Newell Woodbury - Asset Manager

Mr. Newell Woodbury is the Asset Manager of Matrix Group, Inc. He brings to the company over twenty five years of construction experience and maintenance management and over fifteen years of experience with multiple trades.
Mr. Woodbury joined Colorado & Santa Fe Land Company in 1986 as a partner in charge of construction where he held a Class A Contractor’s License. He also supervised the maintenance for over one million square feet of commercial space.
In 1992, Mr. Woodbury joined Pace Warehouse as the construction inspector for the entire Northeast United States. He also operated a home inspection service.
Mr. Woodbury joined Matrix Group in 1998 to create a maintenance department for this growing property management company with over a million square feet of commercial space.
A resident since 1979, Mr. Woodbury lives in Denver with his wife, Betsy.
Jennifer Govan - Asst. Asset Manager

Ms. Jennifer Govan is the Assistant Asset Manager for Matrix Group, Inc.
Ms. Govan worked as an administrative assistant and co-owned a shipping business for several years in Michigan before moving to Colorado. She joined the property management division at Transwestern as an Administrative Associate. Ms. Govan helped manage the Waterpark properties (Waterpark II & III were acquired by Matrix Group in 2010). Ms. Govan came to Matrix Group at the start of 2011.
A Colorado resident since 2008, Ms. Govan enjoys gardening, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, yoga and kickboxing. She and her finance are also avid music fans and go to live music performances as much as possible.

Mr. Will Adamthwaite is the Broker Associate for Matrix Group, Inc. He brings over 20 years experience in the Denver commercial real estate market. Providing quality service to clients and tenants is a top priority for Mr. Adamthwaite.
With a B.S. Degree in Economics and a strong background in accounting, property management and facility maintenance, Mr. Adamthwaite obtained his Colorado Broker Associate License in 1997.
Mr. Adamthwaite has completed over 600 retail, industrial and office leases worth over 10 million dollars.
Mr. Adamthwaite enjoys the Colorado outdoors including skiing, fly fishing and hiking with his three children and friends.
Paul Cook - Special Projects

Mr. Paul Cook handles Special Projects at Matrix Group, Inc. He has been associated with the company for over twelve years, contributing his nearly forty years of business experience.
Mr. Cook graduated from the University of Florida with a Journalism Degree in Technical Writing in 1968 and served in the U.S. Army until honorably discharged in 1971. While in Florida, his varied business career included administrative positions, retail buyer for a large department store chain, and proprietor of his own business.
Mr. Cook moved from Florida and joined Matrix Group in 1998. He had various administrative and management responsibilities before being appointed as company controller.
Mr. Cook has mostly lived in Colorado since 1998. He did spend three years on Kauai before returning to Denver in the spring of 2011. He values the natural beauty of Colorado and wonderful friends and is a teacher of new energy consciousness workshops promoting self-empowerment.

Ms. Tara Swanson is a Commercial Property Manager at Matrix Group, Inc. Ms. Swanson currently manages over 700,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial space. Her responsibilities include property inspections, administration, tenant relations, contract negotiation and capital improvement, planning and management.
Prior to joining Matrix Group in 2007, Ms. Swanson worked for Tradewinds Title in Florida for five years where she examined, searched, analyzed, and evaluated records on titles to land, residential homes and commercial buildings.
Ms. Swanson has lived in Denver for six years. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Saige and physical activities such as skiing, snowboarding, playing volleyball and golf, working out and dancing.
Michelle Simonton - Property Manager

Ms. Michelle Simonton is the Property Manager of Waterpark II & III at Matrix Group, Inc. She has management experience in construction, project management, legal reporting/enforcement, accounting and financial budgeting.
Ms. Simonton started in property management in 2001 as the Tenant Services Coordinator for a portfolio of 12 commercial office buildings managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. She continued as the Assistant Manager for a class A high rise office building in the Denver Tech Center for many years. Ms. Simonton later moved on to become a property manager for retail shopping centers and office buildings combined.
Ms. Simonton came to Matrix Group as Property Manager of the Waterpark properties when Waterpark II & III were acquired in July, 2010.
Ms. Simonton lives in Denver with her son, JW, and loves all kinds of animals. She horseback rides, trains horses, enjoys water sports, boating, camping, country dancing and spending quality time with family and friends.
Rhonda Gindro - Office Administrator/Asst Property Mgr

Rhonda Gindro is the Office Administrator / Assistant Property Manager at Matrix Group, Inc. She is responsible for the day-to-day duties of managing the Matrix Group office. Her other responsibilities include supporting two property managers. She takes tenant and vendor calls, creates work orders, prepares correspondence and assists as needed. Ms. Gindro is also John Webb’s assistant.
Ms. Gindro has been in commercial property management for almost 20 years. Starting out as a tenant services coordinator for one property, she worked her way up to property manager with a portfolio of three class A buildings and one industrial center totaling more than 400,000 square feet. She has experience in all aspects of property management including accounting and budgeting, overseeing construction and tenant finish and coordinating tenant events. Ms. Gindro was also the office and facility manager for The American Humane Association for 6 years. She feels the most important skill for any position is to provide outstanding customer service.
Originally from Texas, Rhonda moved to Denver in 1981. Her son, Taylor, is studying and training to become a master electrician. Rhonda also has a teenage daughter, Gina, who occupies most of her free time. When not in the office or spending time with her children, her favorite things include reading and arts and crafts, especially scrapbooking.
