Elizabeth Negri joined Matrix Group Inc. as a Property Manager in February 2024. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of multiple Metro-Denver properties while being approachable and available to our tenants. Elizabeth acts as the liaison between vendors and tenants to make sure day-to-day management runs smoothly. By creating and maintaining an exceptional bond with these colleagues, she better communicates crucial information, such as lease details, maintenance request submittals or queries about payment options.

While Elizabeth was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, PA, she has now lived in Denver since 2022. Before making the venture out west though, Elizabeth graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a focus in Green Manufacturing and Food Security. This led to her opportunity to create surplus property programs for Temple University and Lehigh University. Next, Elizabeth segued into industrial real estate, at Link Logistics, where she worked on properties from Massachusetts to Georgia.

In her free time today, she enjoys hiking, camping, concerts, cooking for friends and family, and watching Formula 1 racing.
