Lauren Quiram joined the Matrix Group team in 2018 as the Leasing Agent. Serving as the face of Matrix to our potential tenants, Lauren is responsible for managing all leasing transactions within Matrix’s diverse portfolio of industrial, retail, and office spaces. Lauren’s easy-going, communicative nature enables her to relate to tenants and brokers alike and cater to their individual needs.

Before starting with Matrix Group, Lauren was a part of Transwestern’s Denver Capital Markets team as an associate broker. In that role, Lauren assisted with sales transactions, new business development, and market research and analysis, as well as developed marketing collateral and campaign strategies.

A native of Boulder, CO, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Washington. She is also a part of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Developing Leaders and a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

In her spare time, Lauren loves snuggling with her dog Mac and cat Ham, traveling, cooking, dancing, and spending time with her family.
